Welcome to [apka sath foundation]. By making a birthday donation on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of Birthday Donation

Birthday donation ek voluntary contribution hota hai jo aap apne birthday ya kisi loved one ke birthday par charity ke liye karte ho.
Yeh donation poor children, education, food, healthcare aur social welfare activities ke liye use kiya jata hai.

2. Voluntary Contribution

All donations are 100% voluntary.
Aap par koi force ya obligation nahi hai kisi bhi amount ko donate karne ka.

3. Usage of Funds

Aapke dwara diya gaya donation:

• Food distribution
• Education support
• Medical help
• Child welfare
• NGO operational activities
  ke liye use kiya ja sakta hai.

NGO ko right hai ki funds ko zarurat ke hisaab se kisi bhi approved charitable purpose me use kare.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Use

Agar aap kisi specific cause (jaise education, food, birthday kit, etc.) ke liye donate karte ho, toh NGO puri koshish karega ussi purpose ke liye use karne ki, lekin 100% guarantee nahi hoti ki wahi exact purpose hoga.

5. Non-Refundable Donations

Once donation successful ho jata hai, refund, cancellation ya chargeback allowed nahi hota, except:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error
• Amount wrongly debited

In such cases, NGO verification ke baad refund process karega.

6. 80G Tax Exemption

Agar NGO 80G registered hai:

• PAN Card aur Address dena mandatory hoga
• Galat PAN ya incomplete details par 80G certificate issue nahi hoga

NGO galat details ke liye responsible nahi hoga.

7. Donor Responsibility

Donor ki responsibility hai ki:

• Correct Name, Email, Mobile aur PAN fill kare
• Sahi amount enter kare
• Payment complete hone ke baad confirmation dekhe

Galat details dene par certificate ya receipt me error aa sakta hai.

8. Data & Privacy

Aapka personal data (name, email, phone, PAN etc.) sirf:

• Donation receipt
• Tax certificate
• NGO communication
  ke liye use kiya jayega.

NGO aapka data kisi third party ko sell ya misuse nahi karega.

9. Payment Gateway

Payments secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, UPI, etc.) ke through hoti hain.
NGO kisi bhi bank, UPI app ya payment failure ke liye responsible nahi hota.

10. Misuse & Fraud

Agar koi fake, illegal ya fraudulent donation detect hota hai, NGO ko right hai:

• Donation cancel kare
• Legal action le
• User ko block kare

11. Change in Terms

NGO bina notice ke Terms & Conditions change kar sakta hai.
Website par updated version hamesha final mana jayega.
